Minimalist is yet another mailing lists manager written in Perl. It is small, fast, and extremely easy to set up and maintain.
Support is included for optional authentication for "subscribe" and "unsubscribe" requests, a "trusted users" list, message archiving, activity logging, lists permissions and a "subscribers thresold per list."
Minimalist can be configured either globally or on a per-list basis.
