Information:
jDBA is a database administration tool that is being written in Java. It will be able to manage multiple instances from a variety of DBMSs, including Oracle, Informix, Sybase and MySQL.

Although jDBA is in the very early stages of development, it can already be used to:

  • Connect to Oracle instances
  • Visually represent the instance's tables and columns
  • View and edit data

It also has other functionality under development like tablespace, segment and user control.
