wwwoffle is a proxy HTTP/FTP server for computers with dial-up Internet access.

With wwwoffle, you can:

  • Cache pages viewed while connected, for review later
  • Browse cached pages while not connected, follow links and mark other pages for download
  • Download specified pages non-interactively
  • Monitor pages for regular download
  • Create multiple indices of pages stored in the cache for easy selection
  • An interactive or command line option for selecting pages and fetching individually or recursively
  • Control all options using a simple configuration file with a Web page for editing
