KNewMail is a small utility that checks your e-mail at preset intervals. It then notifies you of new mail in one of four ways: by a pop-up window that displays the number of waiting messages, by playing a WAV file or the system bell, by a pop-up window that shows you headers of the waiting messages or by auto-launching your favorite e-mail program.
