This program is set up by an individual user on a mail server through the .forward or .qmail file similar to procmail. The configuration can be kept in a local .blackhole config file or on a mySQL server. The blocking parameters range from using bad/good e-mail/ips (with full cidr notation accepted), using valid domain checking, able to become a whitelist, and heuristic checks on the body for porn/spam/racist/violent contents. It can virus check though either McAfee or Kaspersky, and others should be easy to integrate.
