This command-line utility converts HTML documents to plain text. Each is read from standard input or a local or remote URI and formated into a stream of plain text characters. This stream is written as a standard output or into an output file.
The original position of table fields is preserved. This also accepts syntactically incorrect input and attempts to reasonably interpret it.
The rendering is largely customizable through an RC file.
