Proceedings of the 3rd Conference will be published in Aportaciones Matemáticas, a series edited by the Mexican Society of Mathematics, and also in the Electronic Library of the European Mathematical Society, which is accessable under http://www.emis.de/ on the internet.
Authors are asked to prepare a LATEX-file in accordance with the style file which can be obtained from the editors on the request. A sample paper is available from this server as TeX and DVI file. At the beginning of the article an abstract should be provided and a classification of the content according to MSC 1991 (the classification scheme of Zentralblatt and Mathematical Reviews) should be indicated additionally, some key words are welcome.
The general limit for the length of the article are 15 pages, but exception can be made in particular cases.
The articles should present original research and an indication should be given that the paper is in final form and no version of this paper has appeared elsewhere. The research articles will be refereed. Survey articles are admitted on invitation of the editor.
