Notes:

• Electronic subscriptions are gratis with a current print subscription to the relevant journal.
• There is no separate electronic subscription to GTM. Electronic access to GTM is gratis with any other subscription (print or electronic).
• A Starter Pack comprises one copy of each of GT Volumes 1 to 10 and AGT Volumes 1 to 6. If ordering a starter pack do not include these copies in your order for other volumes.
• There are no electronic subscriptions for individuals. Individual mathematicians should encourage their institution to subscribe. Permanent free access is provided via the arXiv for individuals to access particular papers. For printed copy individuals receive a 20% discount on library prices.
