In the case of acceptance the authors are asked also to send the manuscript in electronic form TeX (AmSTeX, LaTeX, please avoid the use of self defined macros), Dvi files as well the PostScript file of the camera ready version of the manuscript.

Papers are to be prepared with a primary font size of 12 points.
