Description:  These programs are here for you to download and upload files on any FTP site.  FTP (File Transfer Protocol) is the ability to send and recieve files from other computers.  You will need to know the name of the file and the address of the site who has it before ftping.   As with most programs, make sure you get one that does what you need but don't bother with a ton of features you'll never use!

Description:   FTP Spy is an excellent FTP browser which can remember groups of commonly uploaded/downloaded files in order to speed up later storage/retrieval.  Easy use with a tree type folder arrangement.

Description:   InterFTP is a very nice graphical PM FTP client which supports file queuing, drag and drop, scripting, address booking, multiple connections, server-to-server transfers, and more.
