Description: A one-on-one chat program that allows you to upload and download files to the person you are chatting with, paging of offline users, and "listen only" mode.

Description: OS/2 Internet Relay Chat client. Allows you to connect to IRC servers around the world and text chat with other people in real time. Features include 32 bit multithreaded Presentation Manager interface, multiple channel windows, extremely fast scripting, multimedia support, and a ton of other integrated features. A+.
