###  set ctcp-version <text>
   specifies the response to send to a CTCP VERSION request.  you
   might want to set this to look like a response from a normal irc
   client, so irc-ops can't tell this is a bot.  one example is:
      ircII 2.8 Linux 1.2.4 :ircii 2.6: almost there...
