Commands: (9 new -- includes ones included in 2.6 that were originally
written for the "plus" clients by Jeremy Nelson)
/LASTLOG can how have arguments enclosed in "", and can include wildcards
/DUMP <ALIAS|VARIABLES|ON|ALL> - removes the specified argument
ALIAS - removes all aliases currently present
VARIABLES - removes all variables currently assigned
ON - removes all of your /on's.
ALL - removes all aliases, variables, and ons.
/ABORT will now do a "save" into the current directory and cause a coredump.
Useful for runaway procis. (is in 2.6)
/FE (word list) var list {body} (is in 2.6)
	See the UPDATES file.
/FEC (string) var {body} (is in 2.6)
For each character in "string", that character will be
assigned to $var, and the {body} will be executed.
/DO {body} <WHILE (EXPR)>
	Several forms supported:
		/do command
		/do {command;command;...}
		/do {command<s>....} while (expression)
Will execute the commands given in "body" until the while
expression is false. If no while predicate is given, it
will execute the body one time.
/FOR (start, eval, iter) {body} (is in 2.6)
	See the UPDATES file.
/QUEUE <flags> NAME <number> <{commands}> (is in 2.6)
	See the UPDATES file.
/IRCNAME

	in conjunction with /IRCNAME.
Support for the undernet commands /RPING, /UPING, /MAP, and /SILENCE

Ons: (8 new)
/on's pattern may now be surrounded by single quotes ('), and if it is,
then the pattern is expanded each time before it is matched against
the incoming line (see UPDATES or help files)
/on 368 now returns the total number of bans
/on 367 now copes with ATDP (mu) stuff.
/on EXIT added, hooked when the client is exiting. not recoverable.
/on MODE_STRIPPED will hook if /set MODE_STRIPPER is set to on, and will
return each mode change one at a time, in the same fashion that
/on MODE works: ie, "+so-l hop" will hook "+s", "+o hop" "-l" and
	in sequence.
/on ENCRYPTED_PRIVMSG will hook with any message you recieved that is
encrypted with CTCP SED (see "help encrypt")
/on ENCRYPTED_NOTICE will hook with any notice you recieve that is
encrypted with CTCP SED (see "help encrypt")
/on DISCONNECT actually works.
/on DCC_REQUEST is hooked whenever you recieve an incoming DCC (CHAT|SEND)
	request. (see the UPDATES file)
/on DCC_LOST is hooked whenever one of your DCC (CHAT|GET|SEND) connections
is lost or is terminated normally
/on DCC_CONNECT is hooked whever one of your OUTBOUND DCC (CHAT|SEND)
	requests is initiated.

Sets: (8 new)
	/set STATUS_USER[4-9] added, use with %0-%9 (%U,%X,%Z=%0,%1,%2)
/set AUTO_REJOIN will, if set to ON, rejoin any channel from which
you are kicked -- can deal with +k channels.
/set STATUS_NO_REPEAT will, if set to ON, not repeat the last character
on your status line all the way out to the right side
/set MODE_STRIPPER controls whether the mode stripper is operational
or not. See /on MODE_STRIPPED. /on MODE still works
normally, even if the mode stripper is on.
/set PAD_CHAR controls what character is used in the "width" expando.
set to a space by default. (ie, the $[10]foo construct)
/set NUM_OF_WHOWAS controls how many "whowas" replies you will
see every time you do a /WHOWAS command without explicitly
		specifying a value.
/set AUTO_NEW_NICK will, if set to ON, try to generate a nickname
that will facilitate your getting reconnected to irc as
quick as possible in case of a nick collision.

Keybindings: (6 new)
SHOVE_TO_HISTORY takes what is currently in the input buffer,
puts it in the history, and then clears the input line.
(Think of it as an "add to history but dont execute it")
META[5-9] added -- now you can have 9 alternate character maps.

Variables: (5 new)
	$E returns your idle time
$F returns the time the client booted up in $time() format.
$J returns the string version of the client (ie, 2.6-EPIC1)
	$X returns your userhost
	$Y returns your IRCNAME

Miscelaneous:
Full undernet server support including commands and numerics
#define ZCAT is obsolete becuase ircII now automatically groks
compressed files of type *.gz, *.z, and *.Z
Doesnt coredump when you do irc -h
Doesnt "forget" who is a channel operator when they change nick.
DCC TALK actually works on ultrix.
	New Operators: &, |, ^, %, ?:, +=, -=, /=, %=, *=, #=, &=, ^=, |=,
		~, ++, --, , (comma operator),
DCC GET/CHAT now does handshake checking, to make sure that the
		hanshake isnt faked.
DCC GET now shuts off if the incoming file is larger the the size
		promised in the handshake
	Auto-reconnect is automatic.
The -b, -l flags are supported unconditionally.
The client will NOT die on a SIGHUP signal if in background mode.
Recursive waits are no longer a problem
If you attempt to do two /WHO commands at the same time, an
implicit /wait will be executed to avoid confusing the
		/on who routines.
The regular expression operators \\[ and \\] allow for the
usage of any logical word inside the operators to be
		used for matching.
The /WHOIS(WHOWAS) commands now default to one "whowas" response
per command, you can set this with /set NUM_OF_WHOWAS

Script programming miscelaneous:
You can now use C like comments in scripts /* */
You may now use braces {} just about anywhere you choose in
a reasonable manner, and everything will be OK.
		(specifically, the /timer, /userhost, and .. commands)
Having a semicolon at the end of a line is no longer painful
