BUGS REPORTED, OUTSTANDING, OR FIXED SINCE LAST RELEASE
********************************
*** No bugs are outstanding. ***
********************************

SOME SCRIPT PACKS DONT LOAD -- client wigs out trying to load phoenix,etc
			<kanan/murple>		FIXED (edit.c)
	* The handler for "c like comments" looks like i did it when i
	  was completely incapacitated... ick.

MEMORY RUNAWAY USAGE -- client dumps core due to running out of memory
			<wintrhawk>		FIXED (ircaux.c)
	* Lame debugging stuff left over that i forgot to remove... :/

SERVERS_FILE and MOTD_FILE doesnt seem to be looking in the irclib directory
			<benjamin lewis & wintrhawk> FIXED (irc.c)
	* There was a ! where there shouldnt have been.

LASTLOG doesnt purge lines after it gets to the LASTLOG limit
			<wintrhawk>		FIXED (lastlog.c)
	* There was a == where there should have been a >=

/PART with no arguments coredumps
			<TBA>			HACKED (numbers.c)
	* Now checks to make sure the channel reply was specified so
	  OS's wont try to deref a null pointer

$SHIFT($var) coredumps
			Ben Lewis		FIXED (alias.c)
	* For some reason (!) $shift() wasnt listed in the default function
	  list which caused it to be ignored. Dont ask me how it half
	  worked at all. >;-)

/JOIN listing of users on channels seems to include users who have left
			<president>		FIXED (names.c)
	* Stupid names.c uses a global buffer as a temp workspace, so that
          buffer sometimes has clutter left around from calls you make
	  while in a buffer. Fixed by making it use local buffers

WSTOPSIG -- what is it? (exec.c)
			dunno, but i cant kludge it.

Fix the stupid strerror thing by kludging it
			<various sunos users>	FIXED (irc.h)
	* If strerror isnt around, its #defined to strerror(x) sys_errlist[x]

NSIG -- what is it? (exec.c)
	Maximum number of sigs.. what OS wouldnt have it? :/

$DIFF() may be broken.
			<Triamme>		FIXED (alias.c)
	* Brain dead-ness. I dont want to even get into it. >;-)

$SAR() doesnt work
			<hop>			FIXED (alias.c)
	* Didnt i fix this before? Ick.
