ColorWheel Harmony 2.1 for Linux

ColorWheel Harmony is an interactive color wheel software that allows you to create harmonious selection of colors in accordance with traditional color theory.
- Intel® Processor
- 512MB of RAM
- 10MB of available hard-disk space
- 1024x768 screen resolution
- Java™ Runtime Environment (JRE) 6 read more...
- Open command-line window
- Type
java then press Enter
- If Java is not installed, you will receive the list of available java packages to install (depends on the specific Linux distribution)
- Install appropriative JRE package
Note: DO NOT install packages with the headless suffix. Such packages do not contain support for GUI. In such case you will receive the HeadlessException error when starting program.
ColorWheel Harmony application should be extracted into the ColorWheel Harmony folder of your Home directory.
- Open command-line window
- Navigate to the
ColorWheel Harmony folder
cd ~
cd "ColorWheel Harmony"
- Copy
colorwheel_harmony.sh shell script to the /usr/bin folder
sudo cp colorwheel_harmony.sh /usr/bin
- Now, you can type the following command to launch ColorWheel Harmony from any location other than its installation folder.
bash /usr/bin/colorwheel_harmony.sh
