INSTALLATION
Installation of SWF Protector on
Linux may slightly differ depending on Linux
distribution.
It is very easy to install SWF Protector and the installation
process won't take you long.
1. Download DCom_SWF_Protector.tgz from www.dcomsoft.com
2. Extract all files from the package into a temporary directory
using your archiver.
3. Launch the installer script install.sh:
4. Press "Install" button to start installation process.
5. The installation process over, you can launch SWF
Protector.

NOTE 1: To install SWF Protector you must have
"sudo" program installed on your PC. The user must be authorized to
use "sudo".
NOTE 2: If your system doesn't support GUI, the
installer will start in text mode. Follow the instructions to
install the program.
To access the GUI program,
either right-click a SWF file, choose "Open With" and select a
mode:
or go to Menu --> Multimedia. Depending on
the distribution and desktop environment used this group can have
another title.

or you may access the program
via Terminal Sessions -->Shell (or Linux console):
Type 'swfprotector_gui' (without quotation symbols) and press
Enter:
To access the command line version of the program launch
"swf_protector" in a console.
To get help use "swf_protector_gui --help" or "swf_protector
--help" for GUI or console version respectively.
