Originally taken from the link device driver package, released by
Christoph Niemann, I modified this afserver to use the iserver
connection library.  The advantage is that now all tools use the same
interface to access the link.

To test afserver, there are two simple binaries provided.  Use:

  afserver -:b afhello.T414

and you should get a familar output.  These binaries expect that the
transputer gets booted from link 0.  They were compiled using lcc and
Transputer Minix.

If you have the choice which server to use, don't use afserver.  Most
important, it has no service to remove files.  It is also less
comfortable to use than iserver.
