At the moment, this directory should contain a file called
cacert.pem which contains all the trusted root and intermediate
CAs used for validating the certificate supplied by the server.
The file format is just a concatenation of the certificates
in PEM (DER+Base64) encoded format.

At some point in the future we will probably switch to the other
format used by openssl: each certificate in a PEM encoded file
whose name is a hash of the DN/serial.

This directory and its contents must be present in the final
installation place.
