 For myself under latin1 locale, i do not want or care for I18N
 support.  In addition, i am planning on patch(es) to allow for
 "huge", "big", and "normal" versions of vim.  I have not looked at
 vim-lite/Makefile, but currently i am assuming that it compiles the
 "small" version.
