The dircproxy project original developed by Scott James Remnant is now under the maintenance of
a new team lead by Francois Harvey and Mike Taylor.

State-Changed-When: Thu Jan 27 16:21:17 GMT 2005
State-Changed-Why:
While the website definitely changed, ftp.netsplit.com seems
still active to me. Will it be going away soon? If not, we
could list both for the time being.

Also please note the both the Whom:-tag and the pkg-descr-
"signature" are write-once, that is give credit to the
orginal submitter and should't be touched.

Committed, thanks! I kept the netsplit-site as a mirror, though.
