>Description:

I have installed a minimum system for testing (just base and man) and
then fetched and installed the ports tarball manually.

When attempting to install a port, I get the following message:

===>   Registering installation for <portname>
/usr/libexec/ld-elf.so.1: Shared object "libssl.so.2" not found

So the ports seem to depend on the crypto packages. Is this dependency
documentd anywhere?

I may have missed something, but I thought I'd better report this, just
in case.

>How-To-Repeat:
>Fix:

Install the crypto packages.

State-Changed-Why:
That's /usr/sbin/pkg_info which is failing.

I'm sure there are other programs in the base system which will
fail too if there is no crypto installed (telnet comes in mind).
