>Description:

I removed lesstif to install open-motif, which xpdf wanted. The only thing
I had to recompile was xmcd, but it won't go:

===> xmcd-3.1 depends on executable: imake - found
===>   xmcd-3.1 depends on shared library: Xm.3 - found
===>   xmcd-3.1 depends on shared library: X11.6 - found
===>  Patching for xmcd-3.1
===> Applying FreeBSD patches for xmcd-3.1
===>  Configuring for xmcd-3.1
imake -DUseInstalled -I/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/config
In file included from /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/config/Imake.tmpl:45,
                 from Imakefile.c:15:
/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/config/site.def:56: host.def: No such file or directory
In file included from /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/config/Imake.tmpl:100,
                 from Imakefile.c:15:
/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/config/site.def:158: host.def: No such file or
directory
imake: Exit code 1.

There is no /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/config/host.def installed by open-motif,
but there is by lesstif. xmcd won't compile without it, so it can't be
installed with open-motif.

>How-To-Repeat:

If open-motif is the only Motif toolkit installed, try compiling xmcd. It
won't work.

>Fix:

I don't know.

 This can be closed. It was my error. Somehow a file imake needed went missing and it wouldn't work. I reinstalled it and now all is well.
