 Is this still true? I would like to close this PR. Please try with all 
 current ports tree and report. Thank you.
 
 (This will take some time; gettext has been updated and that triggers
 a recompile of the ports world almost, so updating your ports may be a 
 slow process. I'd suggest just rebuilding all installed ports using
 portupgrade.)
