Previous version of xine used to support the inclusion of libdvdread into the build when WITH_DVD=yes (or was it WITH_CSS?) was applied. It would be nice to have this feature included again. The d4d-plugin is next to useless.

I'll backout the removal of WITH_CSS knob if the DVD input plugin 
for the latest version of xine is released.
