>Description:
The version number of the current port of Yorick reads 1.5.02. The
correct version number should read 1.5. If 1.5.02 is used for
the version number then the fetch will not necessarily pick the
latest de-bugged version of 1.5. The entry yorick-1.5.tgz is
supposed to be a soft link in the archives to the most de-bugged
version of 1.5. If 1.5.02 is left as the version number then
FreeBSD will not be able to track the latest version of yorick-1.5
	as bugs are fixed.

Incidentally: I am told by the author of Yorick that an important
bug fix is about to be released as yorick-1.5.03.tgz. When this
happens, the soft-link will be moved to this new source and
the FreeBSD users will be left behind unless the version number
in the Makefile is changed from 1.5.02 to 1.5.

This is intended. Whenever a new patchlevel came out,
Makefile and distinfo has to be updated.

 kind regards Dirk

Thanks for the reply Dirk. I have since realized the
importance of the distinfo file in keeping the port
sanitary. It makes a lot of since from that perspective.
