This version of ohphone has been replaced so I am closing this PR 
and will invite the raiser to try the new version of the port 
which I have tested and does not experience this problem. 

What should have happened is that OhPhone will return with message 
Incoming call from "user [127.0.0.1]" rejected at Tue, 19 Jun 2001o 
12:59:28 +0100, line busy! 
"user [127.0.0.1]" was busy, duration  0:00
