2000 10/30 ports-current, pib-1.2

Pib was updated in 1.2 from version 1.1, and it was modified in ports
new layout correspondence by a distfile level. However, patch-aa,
patch-ab of version 1.1 is just left in repository. Therefore I have
made a fail with make patch.
