In graphics/xv port:
'*_SUBDIR' must end with '/', but DIST_SUBDIR (and MASTER_SITE_SUBDIR too?) doesn't end with '/'. So, `make fetch' try to get xvxv-3.10a.tar.gz, and failed.

cd /usr/port/graphics/xv and do make.
