The misc/sls port has lost its Distribution site. A search turned up no sites
carrying the file.

According to Brian Fenners distfile survey, this could be solved by turning it
into a LOCAL_PORT. I think this would be the best solution.

As far as I understand it, only somebody with and account on the freebsd.org
machines can do so. So please do it :-)

If this is not acceptable, comment out the DISTFILES line.
