The editors/vim5 port cannot be built with GTK. The "configure" script
searchs for gtk-config despite the value of the GTK_CONFIG variable
defined in the port's Makefile.

check that you have the x11-toolkits/gtk12 port installed, and then:

cd /usr/ports/editors/vim5
make HAVE_GTK=yes

Backout the patches submitted in PR 19623, reverting to Makefile 1.75
and patches/patch02 1.9.
