>Description:
The bounce port (net/bounce) is incorrectly configured to install the bounce binary to libexec, instead of bin. This is a command line only program, and thusly does not belong in libexec.
>How-To-Repeat:
Install the port yourself.
>Fix:
Modify the makefile and package to install to bin. This should be easy and take only a few minutes.

 David,

Would you mind if I committed this? It seems like "bounce" should be
in ${PREFIX}/bin, as it's something a user would just run from the
 command line.

 Thanks!
