I'm not sure if this is really good solution or not.

Add LIBS="-lgcc" to CONFIGURE_ENV in kdelibs2/Makefile

#it still can't connect to outside though.

Fixed in the latest kde2 ports.  I personally tested Konqueror 
to make sure it works, and it does!
