 Hi, Joe,

Sorry about the delay in getting this new port added to the tree. I'm
looking at it now. Since you submitted the PR there have been some
changes to the ports, primarily the introduction of staging. I've
adapted the port to account for all that, except for the LICENSE
 setting. See:

     https://redports.org/buildarchive/20140202100800-19641/

 There's one problem:

You have LICENSE=3DBSD in the port Makefile. This needs to be updated to=

say which variant on the BSD licence you are employing (ie. BSD2CLAUSE,
BSD3CLAUSE or BSD4CLAUSE). However, you haven't actually included any
license text in your sources, so I don't know which of those you intended=
 =2E

Could you add to the distfile tarball either a separate file
'copyright.txt' or as a comment at the top of each of your scripts
 something like this:

 # Copyright (c) 2014 Joe Barbish. All rights reserved.

 # ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY,
 # OR TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE) ARISING IN ANY WAY OUT

That's obviously the two clause variant, which is generally preferred
nowadays. If you would prefer a different variant, sample text can be
 obtained here: http://opensource.org/licenses/category

This is one of those tedious legal necessities I'm afraid: you can't
just say your software is released under a certain copyright -- you have
to document it in the text of your software.

 Hi Matthew

I am currently working on contract outside of my home country until March
 28.
I currently don't have the resources or time to address this until late
 April.

Would changing the LICENSE=BSD in the port Makefile to LICENSE=public domain
be ok? Doing so would get the port committed now which is fine with me.

If not then I plan to use the BSD2CLAUSE BSD license and just add a
 copyright.txt file
 to the distfile tarball.
In what host directory should the copyright.txt file get written to during
 the
 make process?

 Thanks
 Joe

+understand detailed documentation on creating a Third Generation Jail System
+Solutiom which is based on a single filesystem that contains all of the
+required operating system executable libraries which is shared with each
 +of the individual jails.
 +
 +The legacy rc.conf method, Modern rc.conf method, and the jail(8) jail.conf
+methods are documented. Script are included that perform the tasks explained
 +in the documentation.
