The distfile of FlexGet-1.0.3273.tar.gz has been removed although many other (newer) versions exists at http://download.flexget.com/archive
>How-To-Repeat:

>Fix:
1. Update port to newer version
2. Find another MASTER_SITE
3. Store distfile locally
4. Mark broken

#4 might be best for now as the maintainer seems to time out these days.

1.1.33 exists in the archive, which is referenced in MASTER_SITES [1]

 [1] http://download.flexget.com/archive/

 It can be fetched successfully:

I don't know why you are referencing version 1.1.33

I see that py-flex was updated on June 7 to version 1.1.28.
The error reported was based on the previous version of 1.0.3273

Regardless that 1.1.33 is seemingly meaningless, the PR is not valid
because of the recent update to the available 1.1.28. Please feel free
to close it -- Sorry, I missed the recent update occurred.
