>Description:
From the gnome interface, I logged in as root and open up Firefox and a few file system windows. I then invoked the logout menu but instead of logging out I performed a switch user. I then logged in with my personal account and password. I performed some tasks there and decided to go back to the root gnome session. I again invoked the logout menu from this session and selected the switch user menu item again. This time the screen went white and presented a small dialog box stating "There is a problem with the configuration server."
"..... gconf-sanity-check-2 exited with 134"

I Then logged back in using my personal account and then logged out terminating this session. I was returned to my initial root session.

>How-To-Repeat:

>Fix:
This might constitute an improper use of switch user. I would think one could easily switch between user sessions. If not, then there should be a more informative error message.
