The print/latex port downloads a lot of mini files in distfiles.
I just tossed a DIST_SUBDIR into the Makefile following the
handbook port guidelines.

 	Reading the handbook more closely, I am certain that this PR should be closed.
 	The files downloaded do not confuse anyone. All of them are prefixed with latex_, so
 anyone can identify the port reponsible for this multiple downloads.
