 Actually, it looks like the line was added to MOVED, but net/nss_ldapd =
 was not removed.  Or is my ports tree just completely hosed??

Note: there is indeed an entry in MOVED now; however, net/nss_ldapd remains 
connected in net/Makefile, and net/nss-pam-ldapd has not yet been connected. 
Therefore, everything is inconsistent; this looks like an incomplete repocopy.
