State-Changed-Why:
The attached patch fix some gcc44 issue, but the build still fails
latter on. No fix has been found yet so change the PR state to
'analyzed'.

 After updating devel/gcc44 to the following version, build fails a
 little further. This seems to confirm it is a gcc-related problem.

 gcc44 (GCC) 4.4.5 20100608 (prerelease)

State-Changed-From-To: analyzed->closed
State-Changed-By: romain
State-Changed-When: Wed Nov 6 12:25:28 UTC 2013
State-Changed-Why:
The new mono update use clang for compiling: gcc in old FreeBSD releases
cause build failures due to undefined atomic functions, and newer gcc
brings new failure scenarios. clang seems to be a bit better at this
for now.
