>Description:
do some google go tutorials and was unable to link
using "8l". It was looking for "/usr/local/lib/go/pkg/freebsd..".
 However it is "/usr/local/lib/go/freebsd.."

Currently created a "pkg" directory under "lib/go" and then symlinked
"go/freebsd".

State-Changed-Why:
To what part of the system does this apply? Ports?

Responsible-Changed-Why:
Make this a ports PR. State is already 'feedback', so this will be
sufficient to notify dho. (I hope).

I was looking in Make.cmd and saw that GOBIN is required, otherwise it
defaults to $home/bin. Can this also be put into pkg-message as
another env variable to be set?

I need to update this port to a new version anyway, so I'll look at
this when I get to that (hopefully later today).
