>Description:
After upgrading linux base port from fc6 to f8 (no problems during install) linux programs ceased to work correctly. After starting linux program it spawns 2 processess that eat up all CPU time (spending most of it in system, not user).
Tried skype and linux-opera. Skype just halts after showing initial window, opera work as usual but anyway waste CPU time same way.
>How-To-Repeat:
Install linux_base-f8 under same OS release, run linux app.

Do you mean this port (along with linux-flashplugin9 that I write about
in PR 130537) requires at least FreeBSD 7.1?
So then why this is not stated somewhere (in port info or at least in
 UPDATING)?
