My server uses app_meatme for our conferences.

When I tried to enter in the conference i got:

At this line there is a fdset call with ASYNC option.
I commented these lines there and now I have the application running but I am not sure this is correct.

 app_meetme works fine with the latest net/asterisk and net/asterisk16 ports.

 As my tests of app_meetme are successful and the original submitter of 
 this PR cannot test it anymore it think this PR should be closed.

 I had the issue several months (or years) ago and we do not use
 app_meetme now. The server is in production usage and I cannot do any
 tests.
