I ran into the samme error 3 hours ago and fixed it in CVS. 
please re-cvsup your portstree and try again.

 I rebuilt my kernel and source tree complely (buildworld,  
 buildkernel, installkernel, installworld), rebooted... and guess what?
 It works now.
 
 Guess there was some sort of change in _types.h.
 Since one of the messages was:
       /usr/include/machine/_types.h:51: error: syntax error before  
 "typedef"
