After talking to acm@FreeBSD.org, he asked me to submit a PR so that we can find a new maintainer of net/twinkle port. There is a new bug fix version out that fixes some nasty bugs. More info can be found at http://www.twinklephone.com/
Thanks

Some times, we (freebsd commiters) need to receive a bit of help from
some freebsd users, if i said you if you could send a PR, it was
because currently i'm a bit busy and with some problems with my isp,
but i'm still trying help with some of my ports, really i don't found
 the reason for this PR.

If you can send a PR for update twinkle, another committer could commit it.

 Greetings
 ACM

State-Changed-Why:
It seems as though there was a communication problem between the
submitter and the maintainer. The maintainer wants to keep this port,
although he is a bit behind. Since there is no patch included that we
could use as a basis of a maintainer-timeout, there is really nothing
to do here.
