>Organization:
Dignus, LLC
>Environment:

Stock 3.1-RELEASE environment from the Walnut Creek CDROM

>Description:

After installing the netscape 4.08 package, netscape communicator
	won't run, getting the message:
		/usr/libexec/ld.so: Undefined symbol "___inet_addr" called from netscape:/usr/X11R6/lib/aout/libX11.so.6.1 at 0x20a51944

The X11R6/lib/aout libraries are installed. In fact, since the
package installed fine there is an implication that the
	appropriate run-time libraries are present.

>How-To-Repeat:

On a newly installed 3.1-RELEASE system, install the netscape
package and try and run it.

Also - you will get the same symptoms from the 4.5 version of
	netscape available on ftp.netscape.com

Subject: Re: ports/10464: Netscape port doesn't run on "clean" 3.1-RELEASE

Please close this - I've discovered the XF86333 lib/aout compat
libraries are incorrect and have entered another PR describing
that.
