>Description:
Revision 1.26 to /etc/security added a test for passwordless accounts
that reports all of my NIS accounts as having no passwords. My NIS
passwd entries typically have the form:

+user_id:::::::::

>How-To-Repeat:
Add NIS passwd entries similar to above.
>Fix:
Don't check entries that begin with a "+".
