Adaptec AIC-7890 SCSI BIOS v3.10
Dual Intel Pentium II 450 Mhz
>Description:
This is in reference to Problem Report misc/40359. When installing either 4.6 or 4.6.2 from CD onto my ASUS P2B-DS, the kernal hangs right after plip0 on ppbus0. Oddly enough, I'm able to install and run FreeBSD 4.3 on this same machine without any problems.

Attempt installation on any ASUS P2B-DS
