This is because there is already a dhclient(8) running when you tried 
to start the other. This type of question is not appropriate for 
PRs. If you have questions, please use the appropriate FreeBSD mailing 
list. freebsd-questions@freebsd.org would probably be most appropriate 
for the troubles you are having.
