After the installation from the pen-drive the disk is not found. Please see report 187677.

Booting from the pen-drive and using mount, I saw that the hard-disk's /dev is empty.

I realized that it would be the reason for the 187677 report problem.

 No, /dev is populated dynamically, so it being empty on the hard disk is normal.
