State-Changed-When: Fri Jul 5 10:35:56 UTC 2013
State-Changed-Why:
Hello,

Subversion 1.8 no longer uses neon to fetch files via http, one needs serf now to do
the same. In addition svn.freebsd.org should not be used to checkout your sources,
you should use svn0.us-west.freebsd.org or svn0.us-east.freebsd.org:

http://www.freebsd.org/doc/en/books/handbook/svn-mirrors.html

Thanks,
remko
