Hope you can help. My new Altec Lansing ACS22 produce a cycling sound. I have
an old PC 133 & Win98. It sounds like the first syllable of a word or sound
gets cycled. The speakers are amplifiers and maybe that has something to do
 with it.
I would appeciate your input..........maybe I need a new driver for my Pro
 Audio Spectrum 16 sound card.
